🌟 About the Role
As the Mobile Health and Nutrition Team Leader, you will play a central role in coordinating outreach health services that include:

Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH)

Family Planning (FP)
-
Comprehensive Abortion Care (CAC)
-
Antenatal & Postnatal Care (ANC/PNC)
-
Basic Nutrition and SGBV Services
You will supervise and guide a mobile health team, ensuring services meet MSIE protocols, national health guidelines, and international clinical standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mobile outreach health service teams.
-
Deliver high-quality clinical services and ensure continuous quality improvement.

Provide mentoring, coaching, and on-site clinical supervision to health providers.

Ensure compliance with MSIE, MOH, and donor policies.
-
Use data to evaluate service quality, generate reports, and improve impact.

Represent MSIE in technical meetings, networking, and health sector forums.

Promote best practices and lessons learned for future service improvement.
✅ Qualification and Experience
Education:
-
MSc/MPH/BSc in Nursing, Public Health, or as a Health Officer.
Experience:
-
At least 6 years in clinical service delivery and team leadership.
-
Strong background in SRH, FP, ANC, PNC, SGBV, and nutrition services is preferred.

Prior experience in training, quality assurance, and stakeholder collaboration is a plus.
