Are you an experienced health professional ready to lead and make a real impact? The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) is looking for a qualified Clinic Head to manage clinical resources and deliver quality healthcare services at their Eastern Area Office in Harar.
About the Position
As Clinic Head, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the management of clinical assets — including financial, human, and material resources. You will work under the supervision of the Area Manager to ensure services meet Ministry of Health guidelines, government policies, and FGAE standards.
Key duties include:

Overseeing clinical resource management

Ensuring compliance with government and FGAE regulations

Promoting client-centered care and clinical competency

Attending FGAE pre-service training

Applying basic computer skills in daily tasks

Supporting pro-choice healthcare services
Who We’re Looking For

MPH, MSc, or BSc degree holders in Public Health, Nursing, or related fields
-
At least 3 years of relevant experience for MPH/MSc holders or 5 years for BSc holders

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skilled in action planning, data collection, and analysis

Strong clinical knowledge and active listening abilities
