📌 Position Details:

Job Title: Cluster Officer – SMART START SCALE-UP

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Education: MPH/MSc/BSc in Public Health, Nursing, or other related health sciences.

• Experience:

  • 2+ years for MPH/MSc holders

  • 4+ years for BSc holders

• Preferred Sector: Experience in NGOs, public/private hospitals, health centers, or SRH clinics.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and supervise the SMART START SCALE-UP & DMPA SC SI projects at woreda level.

• Conduct facility gap assessments and coordinate public health facilities.

• Plan and monitor provider training in SRH services.

• Maintain partnerships with woreda-level government and community stakeholders.

• Ensure service quality (QOC), data reporting, and use of proper tools.

• Monitor commodity stock (FP and supplies) and prevent stockouts.

• Support community mobilization and culturally sensitive outreach.

• Prepare and submit detailed reports to project managers.
