🔍 Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care and treatment based on protocols
-
Promote hygiene and infection control standards
-
Conduct MUAC screenings and refer malnutrition cases
-
Implement CMAM and IYCF programs in line with national guidelines
-
Provide community-based health and nutrition education
-
Maintain high-quality recordkeeping and follow-up
-
Supervise and train health assistants and support staff
-
Collaborate with the community engagement team and nutrition officers
🎓 Required Qualifications
Option 1
-
Diploma (Level IV) in Nursing + COC + License
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recognized health institutions or NGOs
Option 2
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing + COC + License
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in health institutions or NGOs
Skills & Qualities

Strong clinical and nutrition knowledge

Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork experience

Good communication, empathy, and accountability

Basic computer skills preferred
